He was on CNBC I saw him. The commentator in a joking way said that when DM gets off the phone he will be getting a call from the SEC. I don't think it's a joke. It will happen!

TO BUSINESS EDITOR:

Century Industries, Inc. to Provide $2,500,000 in Initial Funding for
IGC to
Develop ToteMaster, a Proprietary Live Internet/Intranet Video
Simulcasting
And Wagering System for the Thoroughbred Horseracing Industry

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactive Gaming &
Communications, Corp. (IGC) (OTC Bulletin Board: SBET) today announced
that it
will receive $2,500,000.00 in initial funding from Century Industries,
Inc.
(PHLX: CII.B) (OTC Bulletin Board: CNTI) for GambleNet Technologies Ltd.

(GTL), a Joint Effort project between the two companies. The funds will
be
used to complete the software development of IGC's LiveAction Gaming
Platform
with the addition of "ToteMaster," an Internet/Intranet Live video and
wagering system for Thoroughbred Horseracing.
Century and IGC will operate their joint effort, GambleNet
Technologies
Ltd. (GTL), from the headquarters of Intersphere Communications, Ltd. --
a
subsidiary of IGC in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., where both programming and
marketing staff is already in place. Both companies plan to exchange
shares
of their respective stocks with GTL as a basis of capitalizing GTL. The

Memorandum is focused on both Century and IGC jointly owning GTL, which
will
be the exclusive Marketing and Promotion arm of the two companies for
the
finished software products "ToteMaster" and "StockSleuth."
"ToteMaster" when completed will reside and operate on the already
successful LiveAction Casino Gaming platform developed and offered by
Intersphere Communications Ltd. GambleNet Technologies Ltd. will market
and
license "ToteMaster" to Thoroughbred Horse Tracks and Off Track betting
facilities throughout the world. "ToteMaster" will replace the existing
and
costly to operate simulcasting systems currently in use at these tracks
and
will provide users increased wager handles by accepting wagers over the
Internet. Horse Bettors will be able to place multiple bets into
participating tracks wager pulls and then view the race or races in real
time
video over their computer.
"ToteMaster" was presented to the (RCI) Racing Commissioners
International
and received outstanding reviews and interest for the use of
"ToteMaster." As
many tracks today are now receiving permission to include slot machines
and
video poker games to increase track revenues, "ToteMaster" becomes even
more
desirable. Tracks using "ToteMaster" combined with the LiveAction
Casino
software will instantly enable tracks to offer Video Slot Machines and
Poker
Card Games at about a third of the cost and operating expense of
traditional
casino manufactured games. Revenues are estimated at 3.5% to 5% of the
track
handle for using the simulcasting and wagering software. Combined
revenues
from the Horseracing industry in North America alone exceeded $17
billion with
the tracks net earnings in excess of $4 billion.
The first Beta release for "ToteMaster" is scheduled for late 1999.
Profits from GTL will be shared on a 50/50 basis between the two
companies.
"StockSleuth" is a stock market information search engine, which
provides
a comprehensive analysis of any trading security with major
institutional
investors' short and long-term prospects and position. In the near
future
"StockSleuth" will be offered over the Internet to users with plans to
allow
for individual investors to eventually trade stocks and other securities
over
the Internet similar to the successful Internet site ETRADE.COM
