Hi Andrew, You're right on target. ADOT stated in their February 8, 1999 News Release #1 adot.org "Biomoda is currently negotiating major financing with several of THE LARGEST BROKERAGE FIRMS IN THE COUNTRY." Folks, brokerage firms don't normally loan little companies like Biomoda cash, but they DO compete with each other to bring promising companies public through IPOs. ADOT could very well find itself with the necessary cash - via its stake in Biomoda - to finish off some pesky tech' problems and start delivering on its goal of becoming THE first US company to bring an advanced technology of this type to market. Several US companies have spent hundreds of millions only to give up on their particular technology in this area and disappear. IF ADOT makes a success of their venture its investors will be VERY, VERY pleased. Remember that it's the anticipation of good things that usually drives a stock price up well in advance of actual events. Biomoda's "going public" through a well sponsored IPO is one more key to this eventual success in my opinion. John
