Chris: I owe YOU an apology. I misread and misunderstood the "Gibbons" post. You might know that I was your first paid-for user of QCharts. I have suggested your product to so many of my own members (at my site) that a day like today leaves egg all over my face. It embarrasses me. I am perhaps overly touchy on the subject right now and look forward to your explanation of what went wrong. And I think you should assign someone in your office to come on here and at least tell us: "We got a serious problem folks, and we're working on it." As soon as the problem appears. Not hours later.
