I've heard that rumor (about ending BigFoot), but they said nothing about it during the CC. Indeed, they almost seemed to go out of their way to say how pleased they were with it, and how they think that they have [had] captured the lion's share of sub1000 drive business (not that that is much to crow about, but at least it's business). Do you happen to have any insight into when they might unveil this new low cost replacement for BigFoot (which goes for 1.7 cents/mb in some of the higher configurations, pretty cheap, I'd say; I recall Jim Porter saying about a year or a year and a half ago that we might reach 2 cents/mb in Y2K).
