Sarmad--when you go to a nightclub, and it is time to go home, everybody leaves in an orderly manner. If you are ever in a nightclub and someone yells fire, accompanied by smoke, the results are completely different. You do not need Russia or men in grey suits -- although they can raise the temperature to the kindling point -- almost anything will do nicely. For YHOO? A big move down followed by news of institutional selling and dumping by insiders into the downtrend. For DELL? A break in the momentum, increased competition and the realization that it will be much harder to outperform the industry now that they are larger. For MSFT? A product delay, doubts about trial outcomes and remedies along with increased competition in a slowing market where they are moving into more marginal product-market positions. For INTC, price competition that will destroy both INTC and AMD. Etc., etc. -- and when you break the back of the leaders? The rest run for their lives. As for AMZN -- what is the symbol for laughing so hard it hurts?
