Teflon, Mind if I ask you a few questions about emc? It's much easier than looking them up myself <g>. Does emc have any control of the standards of the storage sector? Patents? This is a requirement for Gorillahood. I presume one of emc's competitors is Big Blue. What is emc's share of the sector? I see they just came off a fabulous quarter, with revenues up 36% and earnings up 54% yoy. But I can't seem to find their gross margin trend. Do you have it at hand? Teflon, I like your portfolio. Since you are up on EMC, you should look at NTAP, a company that is beginning to compete with EMC in the 1TB market, but has the lions share of the Network Attached Storage market in the sub-TB arena. They released earnings today and continue for more than 3 years in the 70% growth, 60% margin ballpark. Here are the two charts for an interesting comparison: techstocks.com
