An other possibility could be to send an E-mail to your QChart subscriber when a major problem occur. This will keep every one informed on what going on, an keep a lot of peoples from calling or E-mailing to ask if there is a problem at Quote.com. For example: This morning you could have send an E-mail that say something like this: "Due to heavy trading on DELL, we have problem this morning" and later when you figured out what's the problem, you send an other E-mail asking to avoid request for Time&Sale on DELL.
