Tom, Once again, I encourage you to read Smith Barney's report. You have heard of them, and it is extensive and reasoned - and comes to the conclusion that there is no reason to revise their buy rating. As for the number of class action suits - when there's blood in the water, counting the number of sharks circling is entertaining for some, but has little relevance to the ultimate outcome. It is of greater value to evaluate what the escape opportunities and possibilities are. Bob
