I interpret 'significant new shipments' to mean: 'large enough that they would impact earnings.'

I believe that the hedging on Q1 and Q2 is from uncertainty in the timing of the the entire process,i.e. how fast they can ramp up sales especially with the merger question marks....so you go for the longest timeframe...then if it is sooner people are happy
