Hey Auric....sorrrrryyyyyy!!!!!! I think that I intercepted your e-mail.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello from Mama!

How have you been? Did you enjoy President's Day? You haven't been
working yourself too hard, have you? Are you eating? You certainly look
thin. You look like Honest Abe!

Remember, a while back (too long, if you ask me) you told Mama that
you wanted to save a little money. Well, this is your lucky week! If you
check your local paper this Sunday, you'll find a coupon that I put in
there for you. See, Mama listens!

Mama knows that people are different, but no matter how different you
are, you've got to love a good sauce, eh? That's why I've made so many
varieties. There's Old World Style, Hearty Pasta Sauce, Gardenstyle,
Light Pasta Sauce, and my new Cheese Creations! Try one, they're
bellissimo!

What's your favorite sauce? Mama wants to know! Come visit her at
eat.com and tell her all about it.

You spend enough money as it is, why not save a little, eh?

See you soon!

Mama

P.S. - Those nice people at Tyson helped Mama with this next recipe.
They make delizioso chicken! You can visit them at tyson.com.
Tell them Mama sent you!

OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN

4 Tyson Holly Farms Fresh or Tyson Individually Fresh Frozen
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 jar (26-28 oz.) Ragu Pasta Sauce (any flavor)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove protective ice glaze if using
frozen chicken by holding under lukewarm running water for 1-2 minutes.
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs. Wash hands after handling chicken.

In 13 X 9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20
minutes (30 minutes if using frozen chicken).

Pour Ragu Pasta Sauce over chicken, then top with cheese. Bake 10
minutes or until chicken reaches 170 degrees and is no longer pink.
Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta. Refrigerate leftovers.

Serves 4.
