OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 4 Tyson Holly Farms Fresh or Tyson Individually Fresh Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs 1 jar (26-28 oz.) Ragu Pasta Sauce (any flavor) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove protective ice glaze if using frozen chicken by holding under lukewarm running water for 1-2 minutes. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs. Wash hands after handling chicken. In 13 X 9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes (30 minutes if using frozen chicken). Pour Ragu Pasta Sauce over chicken, then top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 170 degrees and is no longer pink. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 4.
