Not us, say the home insurers of America Over the past few months, Erie Insurance Group and a host of other carriers have mailed letter to policyholders who carry homeowners insurance, warning that if their domiciles or anything in them suffers damage as a result of the year 2000 problem, the policyholders won't receive any compensation for their losses.
