Hey Frank!!!!

HOpe all is well with you.

Yes, a good question and VERY important for us to know what the share structure for the company will be and how the listing will be achieved. The fact they will not go to the market for money I believe is good but I am very curious as to how the whole thing will play out.

I had mentioned on Sunday that we should not expect a huge rise in BII due to the interview and a huge rise did not occur..... I then had mentioned that when the Nasdaq listing info. is released, depending on what was said, all bets were off as to what it would do. I did mention however, that an unknown in this scenario is how much the Nasdaq listing is Discounted in the stock price already and I have to say that by watching the trading today, I think we can say that the market was discounting it almost 100%. Now...this does not mean that BII will not move much higher in the future but right now, under these circumstances on the TSE and still with some unknowns on the workings of the new Nasdaq listing, I think we are in a range where we are not going much higher. We have peaked over $7.00 a couple of times lately and yet, always the selling comes in hard. By the same token, if we see BII under $6.00, it does not stay there long. Soooooo......we wait and watch and hope.............I think it may get a little worse ( shareprice wise ) before it gets better.
We'll see.
