I certainly prefer to accept your read here, but the rather slim information I have been able to read about the deal sounds like this is something more than simply some consulting business. Something about Amazon taking over the GWRX Seattle offices, hiring some new people or something of the sort. It does sound as though they have essentially sold off a piece of the company for Amazon to do what it wants with. I, of course, don't know this to be the case, but it doesn't really sound like they are simply doing some "consulting to infuse cash in the short term." What is your read on this? Thanks, Greg
