12:28 ET CMGI Inc. (CMGI) 99 1/4 +1 5/16 (+1%): Internet venture fund yesterday announced plans to commit more than $100 million to build and launch a new company in the Internet broadcast arena. The venture will deliver live audio and video over the Internet. Former NBC Television Network president, Neil Braun, will head the company, which is expected to launch in Q2 of this year.
