Noone to blame but ourselves. We have onsite eyes and hands. Totally experienced. We can call TSIG and talk to the man with the finger on the pulse.

REW and freak! (is that one ! or two !! ?),

I learned a new word.

synergism, n., the simultaneous action of separate agencies which, together, have greater total effect than the sum of their individual effects

e.g., Client, Signature Group has a service to sell:

Needs to outsource teleservices to implement sales; hires TSIG (or, the Artist formerly known as TSIG) for teleservices.

Needs catchy sales pitch to whet public appetite; hires the co. formerly known as TSIG to implement a MyCard advertising and hook'em campaign.

Needs to upgrade web site in a big hurry for anticipated swell in demand; hires you-know-who to handle the job.

Synergism. Noun. Can you say it with me. A great word. The parts, combined, have a greater total effect.

Marty said, "conglomerate", the other day. We're creating a synergistic conglomerate. "Sure, we can do that for you, but have you thought ahead, you'll need this, and this.... "We can do that, too."

Think about it.

Regards, TS
