1) Thanks for the lesson, but I'm well aware of what an s-3 filing does. I'm also aware that the language about shorting in the "plan of distribution" section of this particular s-3 was a little unusual. It tells me we can expect that the shares registered in this filing are likely be sold if they haven't already been.

2) The sale of another 843,000 insider shares wouldn't amount to much incremental insider stock here, and I don't mean to imply it's of particular significance. There has been a steady supply of insider shares for some time. Not surprising given the valuation of this company. A wonderful future seems more than discounted at these prices.
