The potential that FORE would restate Q2 and Q3 doesn't deter your interest in getting FORE on the cheap?

Perhaps I'll wait for the restatement and buy on the dip, if it occurs. Still, I don't see much downside from 12 (where I didn't see it and, therefore, didn't buy). (Incidentally, I wish I had bought some CD calls immediately after it announced its restatement, for that was an overdone dip.)

CD and the likes are totally different compared to FORE. They were bad accounting not R&D one time charge for doing acquisitions. FORE is big bargain at 12.5, it stayed at 12.5 for maybe a few seconds only, and went back to 13.5 right away.

Naive investors and maybe MMs panicked and sold off at 12.5. The volume was quite big. The same news were out since yesterday and the dumping began only at 10 am when some news pointed out the potential R&D charge investigation by SEC.
