Max90, thanks for your info...some net stocks have crossed
or come close to their 50 day moving averages...yhoo eg.
I guess they will be tested.

I think NAVR is solid for
the IPO but when? What is the 2
week window, for shorting
NAVR, A@P gave the other day? My guess
prognosed around the NADAQ/tech pullback
and perhaps NAVR's delay.

Only reason I can see to delay
the initial SEC filing
is if they need to be clean with their
past accounts or present Q...or,
Specialists want to bring the stock
down and get more weak hands/ and
cover shorts (to what degree can
Wall Street, as opposed to the company,
control the timing?...any idea?).

Get to and thru the IPO and NAVR
IMO, will emerge with real profits.

To the bench...

<<I have just did a quick glance at the Dow S&P500 and NASD charts and see ALL three are at a crisis point---they all are at or just a fraction below their 50 day ma,this is in TA terms a critical point and tomorrows action will be,for TA buffs very important--if we have a
bad day tomorrow on the market indicators it is saying more bad is coming>>

I must say that I see the same issues regarding TA on the major indices as Max and would keep a close eye on the market this morning. A correction is going to delay this IPO further. One thing working in our favor is that the overall volume of the NAZ, DOW, and S & P have been dropping with this correction. That bodes well for a rise soon.

Still long on NAVR at this point though.

FWIW,

Dave
