Perhaps the discrepancy is that the Nasdaq only counts volume records when a stock >1$. On Comparator's biggest volume day (177.4mm) the stock closed at 7/8 and thus isn't included in the Nasdaq's records. the following day, the stock closed at $1, so that volume of 151mm is included.
