How about the 16 mill. unrestricted shares issued in the last week or so ?????? As at the end of JAN. 98 BII was getting cash strapped. The 16 mill. approx. shares issued from warrants and options currently gives them cash in the bank temporarily. At the historic burn rate coupled with their est. forward revenues they appear to have maybe 18 weeks of operating cash left????
