Far be it for me to give advice to a large organization as this..but deliver where people are and when they are most likely to be there!
• in the evening hours at home and sat and sunday morning
• or to/at work.

FED EX has a sorry ass system for delivering to residential customers.
If one wants a pkg delivered to a residential address and the pkg is to be left at the door step, the shipper must sign the release section on the airbill. No one pays attention to the release part of the airbill! The key is too make every pkg going to a residential address a releaseable pkg, and if you do not want the pkg released then you sign the airbill! Wake up Fed Ex and use some reverse psychology! Save on labor and fuel>>>>>Daaaaaa, After all It would
be nice to see Residential pkgs actually being delivered instead of being brought back by the couriers!
