I am content to be patient with ALU. It reminds me of when I held CHPS after the INTC buyout. It kept getting put off and there would be days when the stock would drop 5 or 10% on no news. If you look at the CHPS thread, there were all kinds of naysayers, worry warts and people who needed a lot of handholding. The bottom line is, the buyout did take place because there was no logical reason (if you understand anti-trust laws) for it not to. The same is true for ALU.

Best,

Timoteo

>So if you want the spin-off as I do and not the private placement, voice your concerns to the company before they give our company away to some venture capitalists and it will be years before we see a nickle from FC. VC firms usually hold onto their positions for 2-3 years before they go public. Let's all speak up and be heard. <

The so called "private placement" is really an way designed for Jacob family takes FC away from ALU shareholders. Given an greedy management like Jacob family, we --- regular ALU shareholders --- should feel lucky if we get 20% FC.
