Emory,

All companies foreign or otherwise that trade on the American exchanges must file with the SEC. The problem is that TISAF has filed with 'paper' rather than electronically. There is a way to have the SEC print the stuff and send it but that costs a little money. I'll do it if I can't find easier way. As I mentioned before, filing electronically is as easy (if not easier) then paper, so I'm not sure whats going on. I'll pass on info if I get it.

That, plus hard-to-get SEC filings are two red (or at least yellow) flags. Be careful!
