First of all his past performance is nothing more than a list of numbers ..there is no record available to the public ..anywhere that I know of that indicates when he actually does a trade and at what price or when he buys or sells ..There is no real time record available to be reviewed by the average layman.. For instance everyone knows Im short MTEX at 29 and it rose to 33 and settled back to 31 at the close so im out of the money by 2 points cuurrently and Everyone knows that.. He is merely making a list after the fact and hoping we believe he is telling the truth..hardly an audited trail by any standards..i bet he lives off his subscribers and has no idea how to make money..on his own.. Give me a roll of quarters and a phone booth and i'll bring home the bacon..God Willing of course.
