Anthony scours and searches for those who break the rules ..hype the innocent and lie to our face and although he may not have a financial interest..he will at times make recommendations to the issuers themselves and at times ..they will respond positively..as in the following post....Its one of my side duties as a market cop.

Anthony, The following response was prepared by Steve Vanechanos, Jr. CEO of DynamicWeb Enterprises, Inc.:

1. DWEB IR is the official voice of DWEB. In fact DWEB IR is the Investor Relations Department of DynamicWeb Enterprises, Inc.

2. DWEB IR treats SI exactly as it does other 'news outlets'. We routinely post our press releases - the exact same releases that go out on business wire/pr news wire, etc. - to this thread. We are even sensitive to the timing of those postings - we do not post until the release reaches the website of the wire service. Those announcements carry the following language:

"This press release contains forward-looking statements. All such statements involve risks and uncertainties, including, without limitation, the risks detailed in DynamicWeb's filings and reports with the securities and Exchange Commission. Such statements are only predictions and actual events or results may differ materially."

3. The lone exception to SI being exactly like more traditional 'news outlets' is the interactive nature of the medium which enables a Q&A kind of dialog. DWEB IR encourages SI participants to ask questions, but to respect that DWEB can only answer with information that has been "aired in public".

4. DWEB is in full compliance with all SEC requirements. The company has timely filed all periodic reports required by the Securities Act of 1934 with the SEC. We invite all SI participants to review the Company's reports which can be found at www.sec.gov (edgar data base).

In recognition of the fact that only SI subscriber members are able to view the profile of DWEB IR, DWEB IR will add the following language to all future posts:

DWEB IR is the official voice of DWEB. In fact DWEB IR is the Investor Relations Department of DynamicWeb Enterprises, Inc.

Additionally, this is not an offer to sell or a solicitaion to buy DynamicWeb securities. For additional information, see the Company's periodic SEC filings which can be found at www.sec.gov (edgar data base).

PS. DWEB IR would like to thank Anthony for helping us to tighten up and improve our Internet IR program.

Whether WCTI is overvalued or not at $22, I won't go there. But the beta site is out there to show the potential for the technology, and the technology is what they're selling--not a replacement for Yahoo. Also, this web site is not the finished product and you need to mess around with it a little to figure it out; it's more powerful than others, but it's also a little more complicated. If you click on a document (not the stack) in the left-hand frame you see your search term in context in the right window. That's unique.

This is a nonreporting OTC-BB search engine, but I think that's the only thing it has in common with WKWG, IMON, SLEU, and the rest. The fact that it has been touted by a 15-year-old self-proclaimed stock guru is interesting but irrelevant. They've got experienced management, a promising product, and a good business plan. Maybe they're a good prospect for a short in the near term--I don't know, I don't play that game--but I do think this one's for real, the kind that could one day be a household name.
