OH, THEY ARE!!

when the riots at the Greek embassies broke out in Europe just after the solar eclipse in Austrailia Mon night (I was up)... it was a little spooky.

I enjoy flying. Flying "blind" in the soup (that is, by reference to one';s instruments) is one of those magnificent activities that our modern technology has really made both possible and affordable. When you're doing it and every single thing within the bird is purring along exactly as it should be, it's a ball. But let even a tiny thing appear amiss, or sound a bit off tune, and the adrenalin just rises like a shaken can of soda.

I get the exact same set of feelings in dealing with this market as I suspect I would have if the engine was running on 3 cylinders, oil was blackening the windscreen, and the gas gauges were both pegged on empty. (NG)
It frightens me no end.
