Sorry... I bet you do get tired of answering the same questions over and over. In my defense, I did ask an A.B. Watley representative about the term today, but they didn't have a clue. I also did a brief scan of the results returned by Infoseek but didn't really find all the information that I was looking for.

Anyone looking for a good broker might want to check out Fidelity. They usually have shares available to short...could be from all the shares in the funds they manage...commisions aren't bad and the executions are pretty good.

If your'e an active trader you can get their Fox Plus trading system that offers reduced commisions and by-passes their "retail" trading site (Fidelity's Web Express). I've used Fidelity's Fox Plus for over a year...and am quite satisfied. Any questions are handled quickly and efficiently.Resources are rather lean...but its a system to trade with. I guess they assume you know what you're doing and don't need the "fluff".

If anyone has any other questions that I could help with.. PM me.

Dave
