Thanks Don, I don't plan on holding the fund long term, but just as a general hedge against another "correction" or short-term bear market. The wife isn't comfortable shorting or buying puts on overvalued stocks. Just looking for a place to park some investment money should there be a downturn, which is indicated by the A/D line and the highest bullish sentiment since Oct, 1987. This market is tired and doesn't have enough money to move any issues upward. And there is a lack of conviction evident. Regards, Ron
