Sorry Sloth, but I missed the interview on CNBC. However, I'm not surprised by his bias and arrogance. I've been on this thread since Friday. I subscribed to Silicone Investor simply to vent off my anger to what took place on Friday.

Those who've read my comments on this thread know the disdain and utter disrespect I have for Nasal-Lysts or ANAL-ysts , as others prefer to call them. They are a bunch of highly overpaid, unaccomplished imbeciles. They criticize businesses yet they don't have what it takes to succeed in business. (This reminds me what a marketing professor told me several years ago at Concordia Univ., "Those that can, Do while those that can't, Teach.")

They are nothing but psyhcic wannabes. They will make twenty predictions, get one right and then say..."SEE I TOLD YOU SO".

More often then not the better known Nasal-lysts make self-fulfilling prophecies. Human nature being the way it is (ie followers), we just assume they know what they're talking about and buy into their predictions.

PS - Sorry about your Dad

Sloth

I too had shares of CPQ which I held for one year. The stock never moved. Bought at $26 and sold them at $34. A 30% increase in one year. During same period DELL increased nearly 300%.

Unfortunately, I may have come to DELL one year too late.
