We have now Bounced off .60 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Decided this was the support level and added one more time to the pile at .60 today. Presently the depth is free and clear until .74. However I keep seeing 10000-20000 bids/asks jumping in and out. I figure these are just MM playing games. Talked to the company again yesterday. Didn't get any specifics other than they were excited about the deal that is in works. I have no idea in which area they are heading other than it won't be in metals (have my fingers crossed for tech). They need to announce the closing of the private placement at .60 before any announcement can be made. It took 23 days from the announcement of the Hamilton private placement at .48 to the closing of the private placement. The private placement to Carlo Civelli at 60 cents was first announced on Feb 8 which was 18 days ago. Based on very complicated and sophisticated mathematical interpretation of these trends I will predicted that the announcement about the closing of the PP is made next tues. or wed.
