Vitas, We're talking about apples and oranges here... your definition of a "supercycle" and Elliott's & Prechter's must be different, not to say that yours isn't valid. The 40 year cycle you speak is alive and well, as is your infamous 4 year cycle. The count i've produced is the only one i've seen that meets all Elliott wave Rules and guidelines. Have you had a chance to review them lately? <g> Regards, David P.S. I agree that '82 was a crucial point, but i submit that it was a continuation in Elliott wave terms of the rally off the march '80 lows.
