"Just a brief comment that the Church, the Christian body of Christ, was not in existence until God revealed the grace message to Paul. Before that, all that existed was the Jewish synagogues teaching the law. The denominations are confused enough from mixing the law and the Age of grace." The Religion of Paul was entirely absent of a personal "Savior" rather it was concerning the Gnostic "Christ" the redeeming purifier of all humanity which dwelled (hidden) in all humanity. I cannot see how you can read his works about the "God in you", "the second man is the Lord from Heaven", "Christ is in you", and the many times he stresses the fact to hold the faith "til Christ be formed in you" without understanding it is not Jesus the man dwelling in you but the Spirit of God. Sorry there were many other pagan faiths beside the Jews and they all had their own temples. Until you separate Jesus the man from the Christ spirit Santiago will continue to worship a man which prevents God from making you aware of the Mystical Christ.

Greetings Jim, and all wo love the Lord Jesus Christ. May I offer what I believe the scriptures teach regarding, who were the first believers, that is born-again Christians who are called the Body of Christ, His Church. After His resurrection, the Lord Jesus appeared to the disciples and gave unto them the Holy Spirit, according to John 20, verses 19-31. It is these disciples who were " born " of the Spirit at this time who were the first believers in Christ, that is, His Body, the Church. He then gives the disciples further instructions ( although they were " born of the Spirit) to wait in Jerusalem to wait for the promise of the Father ( Power of the Spirit) , Luke 24, verse 49. These disciples made the transition from the Old Testament to the New Testament according to the promise given to Abraham in Gen.12:3, and brought to fullfillment by the Lord Jesus Christ. There is only One Eternal Gospel of Grace from the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ till the end of time as witnessed first by these disciples of Christ. The same Gospel apprehended Paul on the road to Damascus. I say this in love Jim, but I believe you violate the integrity of the Holy Word by what you are saying and teaching. Grace and peace be yours Jim in abundance according to the desires of your heart. Robert
