And you think this would be good? Would you want your high-flying internet stock to be bought out by WCOM, an admirable company granted, but one that has huge fixed costs, is facing significant and costly competition in its prime business, has a huge debt, and so far has little connection to the "last mile". If you want to start a wholly unfounded rumor, pick from your hat something like, say, BEL, which at least offers _some_ advantage.

Why do you think this, and what type of deal would this be.
