* 100 million common shares outstanding (their limit)
* Float, unknown but 50%+ owned by small number of people and another
25%+ owned by others following SI so we know pretty much where the
shares are.

* Pros - They have a 15 million dollar tax loss carryforward they don't
need; use of some very sophisticated video database software code for
their product development (being successfully used by others); advanced
graphic compression technology with ongoing but small sales of a photo
editing product; 10 million dollar judgement (including penalties)
against Randy Jackson & Mom (brother & mother of the Michael Jackson);
they have a OTC BB shell set-up for any company wanting to go public
easily; and lots of other potential people and companies to sue who
cheated them or their shareholders out of millions of dollars or stole
their software code; and a few other things I forget at the moment, like
our very own Elvis's house CD ROM.

* Cons - Current management has insufficient funds to reopen operations
on any substantial scale without new partners or a buyout and is trying
to find the best deal for themselves and us. We owe a former creditor
approx. 3 million bucks plus lawyer cuts of the lawsuits and backpay for
employees. Current rumor is that some sort of deal is close.

All of this is IMO and based on mine and other's DD.

Again, IMO but does this look like only a one cent stock?

But personally, I would rather not see us spike on speculation but on a
substantial news release from the company or new partner etc. I would
also rather not have too many different people calling or posting
excessive speculation so that we don't scr*w up negotiations but that's
just my opinion.

Bruce
