You may be correct. I figure one of two things must have happened. Either the problem was fixed or there is a surcharge to use pay phones and the employees don't know about it. I just used the card tonight from my home phone and it charged me only for the minutes I used. If there is a notice on the pay phone for this .65 cent charge, I didn't see it...However, I wasn't looking for it.

If this is indeed the case, the saddest part about it is that the person at IDT should have been able to tell me that there was a charge for using the pay phone. I don't mind paying for the service and I don't mind paying toll charges because those charges are beyond the control of IDT.

When I talk to a rep of the company and I'm told, we don't know why you were charged so much - that is just like when you go to Wal-Mart and buy something and it overscans and the employee just voids out the transaction, puts in the correct amount and goes on. You know very well, the next guy who buys the item will be overcharged.

Assuming you are correct, I will make a public apology. "I apologize for the IDT customer service representative being ignorant about the charge policies of the company for their Net2Phone service." Happy now?

Do we think this will break all the way down to 9s?

Placing buy orders before the open and wondering how low it may go today?

Actually, I'll have to agree with C Frazier - I signed up for IDT's LD calling card - they sold it to me with all sorts of pricing information which I called them and checked on more than one occassion. However, they screwed up with the price structure and when I used the card calling about 4-5 countries and domestic LD, the recording gave me all sorts of amounts. I had to call customer care quite often to rectify the pricing issues. I finally gave up and did not renew my card.

I'm still a shareholder.
