Francois: Thanks for the info. Hopefully we will get some more details on SLEU's working capital financing arrangements directly from the company shortly. Did you happen to get any background on Yucatan Holdings? Regarding the valuation of the companies based on unique users, could you provide some sources for valuations based on unique users, page views, registered users, etc.? I was thinking of creating a ranking of portal and community web sites based on those criteria. Any help would be greatly appreciated. HH
