Thanks, Dan.

Certainly, there was more than one quote service that was affected. However, there were some that were not.

I hold Cyber to the highest standards. Would they have it any other way? I expect Etrade and the like to fail.

And like I wrote before, I find it encouraging that management acknowledges the problem, and I am optimistic that they want to be the best broker out there.

I do want my broker to be the best there is. I selected Cyber, because I thought they were. This doesn't mean I will not hold their feet to the fire, when it concerns such a vital thing as quotes.

No broker can be perfect. Glitches and breakdowns do occur and always will occur. I expect that. I don't accept a continuous malfunctioning of one of the most important facets of any broker.

I remain optimistic, and hopeful.

I've also come to the conclusion that additional redundant systems, such as quotes, may unfortunately be necessary. I have looked into several quote services, and I'm always on the lookout for the best.

Thank you for your remarks re: Quote.com - I have looked into them before, but I'll take another look.
