N0, I do not think so...I think the market will come back...and NAVR will be the first thing that pops out from behind the clouds....

I think that they will file the S-1 even if market conditions continue to deteriorate and the IPO window closes. That would give them an opportunity to respond to the inevitable SEC comments so that they can be ready to go out with NetRadio when the window reopens. There were a lot of successful offerings last fall from companies that initially filed their S-1s in the spring.

I'm much more concerned about the whereabouts of Baldy!!!...Not too concerned about the IPO...It will happen...some day..., I am getting miffed, however, that these people (Paulson and Co.) have just plodded along, and missed several good market opportunities that went by...That has allowed the short sellers and MMs to play all kinds of games at our expense...
