N0, I do not think so...I think the market will come back...and NAVR will be the first thing that pops out from behind the clouds.... Ahhhh...sunshine....

I think that they will file the S-1 even if market conditions continue to deteriorate and the IPO window closes. That would give them an opportunity to respond to the inevitable SEC comments so that they can be ready to go out with NetRadio when the window reopens. There were a lot of successful offerings last fall from companies that initially filed their S-1s in the spring.
