LB. I use the free sites, which are certainly not as quick as the paid subscriptions, but it is good enough for my needs. I switch back and forth between: fast.quote.com rt.freerealtime.com to watch the trading action. If you are not able to watch it fairly closely, you will miss some trades when they are covered up by the mms. For example, there have been 50K buys immediately followed by a 700 share sell. Whether this is intentional or not, I don't know. But it happens often. Good Luck.
