I'm on yahoo.com right now, haven't had any problems. Do you know anything about how the Internet works? If so, ever heard about traceroute? Try it and you'll probably find that it's one of the "hops" on the way to yahoo.com that's down for you.

(if you don't, well it's easy to check yourself: open a dos-box, and enter "tracert www.yahoo.com")
