PS :

TAP, if you are indeed talking with your attorney, then why are you still posting to these folks ? The first thing any attorney will tell you is to NOT SPEAK TO THE OPPOSING parties anymore...under any circumstances. Especially if litigation will be upcoming.

Also, I posed a few questions yesterday and don't believe there has been a response yet :

Is there a time frame you must hold your shares for or can you sell at anytime ?

Do you have to disclose the sale of your shares, PRIOR to selling, or can you dump the stock whenever you wish ?

In response to the above, are you planning to disclose the sale of your shares in SOWK prior to the sale, or will you sell them without notice to shareholders and/or interested investors, via a news release.

Incidentaly, I will not tell anyone how to run their business, but it is very easy to figure out who the legitamate promoters are, and who the pump and dumpers are. First and foremost, is " Full Disclosure ". I am not talking about posting on a bulletin board that you haven't sold anything, or putting a disclaimer saying you were paid to promote. That is simply " Partial Disclosure ". If a promoter is legit, typically they will be paid in shares of stock, but have limitations on the sale. Most must hold for a certain time period. All must file, and disclose the sale of any shares, PRIOR to the actual selling of said shares. All this is in writing, and is made public knowledge. This is done simply to legitamize both the promoting company as well as the company being promoted. It breeds investor confidence in both companies as well.

Lastly, this is just my opinion. I am not, and will not categorize you as a Legitamate Promoter or a Pump and Dumper. I will form my own conclusion by watching you conduct your business.

Best Wishes......KG
