Is anyone concerned at all about the name Eat at Joe's. There already is a seafood chain called the Crabshack that has as its "motto" Eat at Joe's. And because Eat at Joe's is a flashing neon sign outside the restaurant you would think that was the name of the establishment. I just think their is going to be a problem here the bigger this Eat at Joe's gets. I have no idea if Laundary's, the owner of the Crabshack chain, has a trademark on the phrase Eat at Joe's.
