Sure SNMM is taking wagers from the US... that's the prime reason for the subs. Also, that's the prime reason why Cryp CRY/TSE does not want to list on Nasdaq... because they would fear law suit from the FBI if they were listed on Nasdaq.

Now, with Microsoft planning to do it... that might change the whole dynamic.

We'll see.
