I always wonder what kind of people buys those net stocks at the top. Well I got my answer yesterday. The newspaper stand operator near my apartment fessed up to me yesterday that he bought YHOO and AMZN and EBAY and few others almost at their peak. I asked him if he sold them. He said there is no way he is gonna take the loss. He's gonna hang on till it makes him money. I wished him good luck, after I made a futile suggestion that maybe he should consider cutting his losses a bit before they become even bigger losses. He looked at me like I had three heads.
