Actually, gianelda, I also see a 1/16 bid, but it's strange...

I noticed this behavior recently. DAY would trade in a fixed range all day long, but at the close, all of a sudden you'd see a very low bid price; the next day, the bid-ask would be back to normal.

Seems like it's happening again. The bid for DAY was 1/8 all day long, but if I check the quotes right now, I see a bid of 1/16. I'm sure that when DAY opens, it will be back to 1/8 bid. Very odd!

Look-I'm getting a bit tired of hearing about the Dayton case. Dosen't anyone know anything? Come on now-the facts are rather clear.
1)DAY vs. Olivos- DAY petitioned the court to have Olivos claims dissolved as they said that Olivos claims had overstaked their Churrmatta claims.
2) The monkey court said okay.(Dayton used some hankypanky to accomplish this.) Mean time-the Olivos claims had been transferred to the mother of Olivos.
3)Therefore DAY had to refile against the other Olivios
4)DAY won that with more handkypanky.
5)In comes MDIN. Quijiano did some checking-it turns out DAY never filed claims in the property claims register-ie they did not have mineral rights to the Churrmata so they have no right to claim that "their" claims had been overstaked by Olivios. Olivos claims are properly registered.
6)MDIN buys rights to the case.(ie they get any and all compensation plus the Olivios properties.)
7)The case goes to the court of appeals.
8)Too politically hot.
9) Now at Supreme court-decision in the next couple of weeks.
10)Meantime MDIN VS DAY in the states. Judge in Nevada ruled that MDIN did not have jurisdiction to sue DAY there.

Now, is that all so hard to understand?
Open and shut case-MDIN will prevail-it is not if-it is when!
