Maybe the company, insiders, or large holders, are flooding the market with new shares. That's a common phenomenon in these kinds of nonreporting companies without known profits.

FutureTrak has good fundamentals and is actually selling products. When I called their number, the receptionist answered and asked me if I wanted the sales department!!

What I mean by this is that there must be someone who is trying to keep the stock down. On the latest news release, we saw a little rise to 26 cents and by some force it came back to present levels...

The company claims that there are two MM's who are shorting the stock and that is why it cannot rise....WELL, for how long will they be able to sustain their shorts!!!

Do NOT sell at these ridiculous prices! This will scare the MM's and show them that there is support at these levels. They will seek to cover their shorts so they will buy again. This play coupled with a good company and some sales will allow us to get back to the range we were at in Oct-Dec!!!!

That a 5-7 bagger from this point!!!

Cheers,
CK.

Is this a reporting company? Have they made their financials public. How did they secure the recent financing? With shares? IMO a lower price with higher volume would be someone(s) selling shares and increasing the float. The MM's could also be shorting at the same time, a sure thing for them. The stock gets hammered from two sides. I'm not a nasayer, just asking questions. Thanks for any info.
