NCTI may be ready to pop. Their site: www.nct-active.com Yesterday a 13D was filed. Location: freeedgar.com Basically, NCTI (Noise Cancellation Technologies Group) has neat technology (noise cancellation, flat speakers, etc.) and has been acquiring a number of licensees and subsidiaries. The SEC 13D reports an insider who bought 500k sh on the open market a week or so ago, plus a note for $1M convertible into stock at 0.237 or the recent 5-day average price, whichever is less. The last time there ws insider buying like this looks to be back in July '97 (check the charts!), when the price was also around 1/4, and popped to 3/4 and shortly thereafter to near $2. Just thought y'all might want to check this out!!!
