Yup....I had some AMZN and YHOO over the fall... sold them Jan 8th...and consolidated...into pretty much my current positions...

I was spread across too many stocks...as I was trying to make up a huge falloff in my Citibank stock..quickly...

and I accomplished that...and more with those high flyers (Mary had a GREAT POST FALL! and pretty much all TAX FREE appreciation cuz moved to a ROTH!)

...but I was getting a little frantic...trying to watch them all...so now..I have fewer little tulips....that I watch and I nurture and I build upon those positions. just so I can get some rest!! haha

although...I must say....I am intrigued by the idea of some new investment subjects/opportunities...that I am exploring in my "hah..spare time"..those are investing online, options, leaps, and shorting non-quality stocks.

AMZN has a great sales distribution model...love the associate program.....

and it can be applied to an awful lot of products...I crack up when people talk about the low margin on selling books...(oh...right!)

"it's not about books, Toto"....laugh...

smile....mary
