Indeed, if they're expecting extra liquid- the market will head up. Then if they don't get it- Ring the bell and start to sell. -g-

Lately, they almost always expect the Fed to add. I suppose it has something to do with short term memories of dollars falling from the sky.

BTW- On 2/12 the Fed didn't drain, but had no action. It had the same effect though.
