You will not get anything like $5-8 per share. First place, the price action is saying that.

Second if you read the SEC documents you will confirm that IMUL is getting 856,000 shares of CNTBY ($9 million worth as announced).
I expect something a bit under $2.00 a share in cash plus about $.44
per share in CNTBY stock (at current prices), plus some possible progress payments of about $.50 far down the road. No cash would
likely be paid until late in 1999 and IMUL is restricted with respect to disposing of the CNTBY stock.
